Service Description
The first consultation is essential to understand your needs and provide personalized care. During this consultation, all necessary information is collected to assess your situation and establish a personalized plan. The consultation lasts 1 hour and takes place via Google Meet. The link will be sent at the scheduled time. Punctuality is crucial: if the client arrives late, the session time will be reduced. For example, if the consultation is scheduled for 4 PM and the person arrives at 4:30 PM, the session will last only 30 minutes. If you have any questions, please contact via WhatsApp after payment.
Cancellation Policy
By proceeding with the booking, you declare that you are aware of and agree to the following conditions: Cancellation: After payment confirmation, cancellation will not be possible. Service Transfer: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer the service to another person, provided that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance via email or WhatsApp. Rescheduling: It is not possible to reschedule services that have already been performed or when the cancellation or transfer requirements are not met within the stipulated timeframe. Right of Withdrawal: According to European Union legislation, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services with a specific date or period. After payment confirmation and scheduling, cancellation or refund is not possible. Unforeseen Circumstances and Exceptions: In exceptional cases, such as proven emergencies, we will assess the situation individually.
